Lisa Dowell

Lisa, the owner of Missouri Central Title Holding Co., LLC, purchased the Leopard & Leopard Law firm in December 2000 and in January 2001 formed Grand River Title, Inc., in Daviess County, Gallatin, Missouri. Grand River Title, Inc. is the first title company that comprises Missouri Central Title. She then purchased Trenton Abstract and Title Company in 2005. Later, in 2015 she was able to buy out the long-standing records and title plant of Best Abstract Company, giving Trenton Abstract the only 2 sets of Complete Title Plants in Grundy County, Missouri. In 2008, Lisa acquired Cameron Title, LLC which encompasses Clinton and DeKalb Counties, located in Cameron, Missouri and Livingston County Title Company, LLC in Chillicothe, Missouri. In 2015, she purchased both Caldwell County Abstract and Title Co, LLC in Hamilton, Missouri and Linn County Title, LLC in Brookfield, Missouri.
Continuing to grow Missouri Central Title, in 2016 Lisa purchased Sullivan County Title, LLC in Milan, Missouri and Putnam County Title, LLC in Unionville, Missouri. In 2017, she opened a branch of Grand River Title, Inc. in Harrison County, Bethany, Missouri. The year 2020 proved to show more growth with the purchases of Macon County Title in Macon, Shelby County Title, LLC in Shelbyville, and Princeton Title Company in Mercer County, Princeton, Missouri.
Kirksville Land Title Company (formerly known as American Title) in Adair County, Kirksville, Missouri, and White Abstract also known as American Title in Macon, Missouri were purchased in January 2023. White Abstract merged with Macon County Title strengthening this company by having the only 2 sets of complete Title Plants for Macon County.
Most recently, in April 2025, Missouri Central Title acquired Landmark Title Corp which is comprised of Audrain County Title Company in Mexico, Missouri and Northeast Missouri Title in Montgomery City, Missouri.
In 2017, Missouri Central Title added MCT 1031 Exchange, LLC to the business portfolio to provide seamless 1031 exchange services for our clients. Although MCT 1031 Exchange, LLC is a separate entity, it adds to our company’s endless pursuit of superior customer service for all our clients’ needs.
Lisa is a native of Gallatin, Missouri and currently resides in Gallatin with her husband J.D. Dowell. She has two sons, Zachery Vanderslice who lives in Gallatin with his son and two grown daughters. His daughters also reside in Gallatin, and both are also currently working in the title industry alongside their grandmother. Her younger son, Mitchell Vanderslice, lives at The Lake of the Ozarks, with his wife Aquasia, their son and two daughters.

Lisa Worrell

Lisa is a long-time resident of Daviess County. She resides in Gallatin with her significant other Jason and two of her three children, Exie and Hayes. Her oldest daughter, Hannah, attends NCMC and works full-time in Bethany, MO.

Lisa began her journey with us in 2003 at the Grand River Title Inc. Gallatin Office.  In 2005, she worked part-time between the Gallatin and Trenton offices assisting with real-estate closings, policy issuance, land title searches and updating land transfer records. Lisa left to pursue other life goals in 2007, however did not stray too far as she occasionally returned to assist with serving our clients when needed. Now, after serving her community in other capacities, Lisa has returned to Missouri Central Title Holding Co. LLC to assist us all as a Regional Business Manager for all the offices that make up Missouri Central Title and as a Paralegal. She will be assisting with transactions involving 1031 Exchange, drafting legal documents and performing duties to help the offices run smoothly and efficiently. She is a licensed title agent and notary so that she can assist in the various offices should she be needed.

Hallie Vanderslice

Hallie is currently pursuing a degree in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC), where she is focusing her skills and knowledge to excel in the company. With a strong drive for continued personal and professional growth, Hallie plans to further her education by obtaining a degree in Accounting upon completing her undergraduate studies. This ambitious plan reflects her deep commitment to expanding her expertise and versatility in Missouri Central Title.

Outside of her academic pursuits, Hallie resides in Gallatin, Missouri. She is gaining valuable hands-on experience as an integral member of Grand River Title. She originally started in December of 2020 at Trenton Abstract & Title Company. In this role, she is developing practical insights into the title industry, complementing her studies and preparing her for the future within Grand River Title.

Rebecca Ford

Regional Manager

Rebecca Ford (Becky) is a native of Sullivan County, Missouri. Her parents are Junior and Janet Ford of Milan, Missouri. Becky started working for Missouri Central Title in August of 2014 in the Livingston County Office. She is a regional manager for Missouri Central Title.

Becky is a licensed Title Agent in the state of Missouri and Kansas. Her focus is always wanting you to leave our office with confidence that the best work has been done.
