Mary Weisberg

Our Team

Mary has been working in the title industry for over 20 years, getting her start in Iowa in abstracting. in 2011, Mary moved to Missouri with her husband Frank and started working at Black Creek Abstract and Title in Shelbyville, Missouri as a title searcher.

Mary is now the office Manager and Title Searcher for Shelby County Title, LLC. She believes in a friendly atmosphere and always wants to have a happy and satisfied customer.

Hannah Sherrow

Hannah is a Mizzou alumni (Go tigers!). It is there she studied agribusiness. She currently splits her time between the Putnam, Macon, Shelby, Kirksville, and Milan offices as a Regional Manager. Hannah is also our Qualia Coordinator and works "behind the scenes" with new employee setup and information technology. She manages document templates and updating as laws change in the Title Industry. She is an asset to Missouri Central Title.

When Hannah is not working, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Derrick, and her fur babies, Bowie and Boone. Hannah's heart resides in Sullivan County - as she spent most of her childhood summers in Milan with her grandparents Junior and Janet Ford. She loves working with customers to guide them through the process of buying/selling land. With almost 10 years of experience within the company, Hannah has worked in nearly every office within Misscouri Central Title. Due to this, she knows the ins and outs of the company and loves to coordinate with other offices to ensure that customers get the best possible service!

Remington Teter

Remington is a native of Macon, Missouri, and currently resides there with his family and his beagle, Bo. He enjoys spending his free time doing anything where he can be physically active, especially basketball! Remington studied one year at Central Methodist University while competing in Track & Field in 2022. He then started his journey in the Title Industry in September 2023. Remington has fallen in love with helping clients obtain their dream property as easily as possible and with the best service!

Kayla Cunningham

Kayla is a native to Macon, Missouri and currently resides there with her husband Trever and their two kids Brayden and Avery. In her free time, she enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening, and taking care of their animals. She has worked in the title industry since 2018. Kayla enjoys being challenged and overcoming any and all obstacles that may come with a transaction and strives to go above and beyond for customers to make their buying and selling experience an exceptional one.
