Lisa is the owner of Missouri Central Title Holding Co., LLC, as such, she acquired Grand River Title, Inc. in 2001, starting out in Gallatin, Missouri. She then purchased Trenton Abstract and Title Company in 2005, buying out the records of long standing Best Abstract in Trenton Missouri, in 2015. In 2008, Lisa acquired Cameron Title, LLC and Livingston County Title Company, LLC and added Caldwell County Abstract & Title Company, LLC and Linn County Title, LLC, in 2015. Continuing with the growth of the company, Lisa purchased Sullivan County Title, LLC and Putnam County Title, LLC in 2016. She also opened a branch of Grand River Title, Inc. in January of 2017 in Bethany, Missouri. Most recently Macon County Title was acquired in January 2020, Shelby County Title in October 2020 and Princeton County Title opened in 2020.
Lisa is a native of Gallatin, Missouri and currently lives in Gallatin with her husband, J. D. Dowell. She has two sons, Zachery who lives in Gallatin with his 3 children; and Mitchell who is a former active Marine and lives in Jacksonville, NC with his wife Aquasia and their son and daughter.
Having been employed in the Title Industry since 1990, she enjoys the challenges the business brings. She focuses on customer service and quality work. Her goal for all of her companies is to give the best possible service to her clients.
Lisa has been working in the title industry in Missouri since October 1980, when she started at Midwest Title in Higginsville, Missouri. She started Cameron Title Company on July 1, 1985, when attorneys Mike Poland and Steve Griffin purchased Johnston Abstract Company in Cameron, Missouri; she managed the company for almost 7 years. In February of 1992, she started Platte Valley Title Company in Cameron, with attorneys Larry Fisher and George Pickett, which she managed until February of 2013 when she re-joined the Cameron Title Team, which was then under new ownership.
Many changes have occurred in the title and real estate lending industries in the last 40+ years and Lisa has grown with the industry and continues to stay informed of new and constantly changing regulations.
She is also the Compliance Officer and Trainer for Missouri Central Title.

Lisa is a long-time resident of Daviess County. She resides in Gallatin with her significant other Jason and two of her three children, Exie and Hayes. Her oldest daughter, Hannah, attends NCMC and works full-time in Bethany, MO.
Lisa began her journey with us in 2003 at the Grand River Title Inc. Gallatin Office. In 2005, she worked part-time between the Gallatin and Trenton offices assisting with real-estate closings, policy issuance, land title searches and updating land transfer records. Lisa left to pursue other life goals in 2007, however did not stray too far as she occasionally returned to assist with serving our clients when needed. Now, after serving her community in other capacities, Lisa has returned to Missouri Central Title Holding Co. LLC to assist us all as a Regional Business Manager for all the offices that make up Missouri Central Title and as a Paralegal. She will be assisting with transactions involving 1031 Exchange, drafting legal documents and performing duties to help the offices run smoothly and efficiently. She is a licensed title agent and notary so that she can assist in the various offices should she be needed.
Linda is a native to the title insurance business, having worked in the industry for 20 years. Prior to handling title insurance orders from searches to closings, she worked for a real estate attorney for 12 years.
She is a farm wife and mother of two grown daughters. Her favorite part of her job is assisting clients with their sale, purchase or refinance of their real estate. It is very satisfying when a client is pleased with their real estate transaction, and it has been accomplished as they desired.
Lila is a lifelong Harrison County resident and recently retired after serving for over 17 years as the Harrison County Assessor. She also has over 10 years’ experience in the title industry.
In her spare time, Lila enjoys spending time with her grandkids and attending their ballgames and doing woodworking. She and her husband also enjoy raising cattle on their farm.
Lindsay has been a Harrison County resident for the last 10 years. In 2015 her family relocated from Northern Los Angeles to Bethany to provide their children with a small-town home to grow their roots. Lindsay has worked in banking since 2004, and in the mortgage industry since 2005. Lindsay is married with two adult stepchildren, and two children of her own. She is active in the community, as she is a member of the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce with her small baking and catering business. She is on several other boards, and committees within Harrison County. Lindsay takes a lot of pride in her work and is confident Missouri Central Title customers will be well taken care of while conducting their business at Grand River Title – Bethany.
Desirae is a Title Agent with Grand River Title, where she has been serving clients with dedication and precision since 2024. With a strong foundation in legal and social systems, Desirae holds a degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Childhood Studies and Criminology, along with a minor in Juvenile Delinquency.
Born and raised in St. Joseph, Missouri, Desirae brings a deep sense of community and care to her work. In 2015, she met her husband, Bobby, and later moved to Daviess County. Today, they reside in Winston, Missouri, where they are raising their daughter on what they affectionately call their “Funny Farm”, a place full of love, laughter, and a bit of country charm.
Whether she’s helping a first-time homebuyer navigate title paperwork or managing a complex closing, Desirae brings a calm, confident presence to every step of the process. She’s known for her work ethic, authenticity, and ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Desirae is passionate about helping others navigate the complexities of title work, combining her attention to detail with a warm, approachable style that puts clients at ease.
Hallie is currently pursuing a degree in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC), where she is focusing her skills and knowledge to excel in the company. With a strong drive for continued personal and professional growth, Hallie plans to further her education by obtaining a degree in Accounting upon completing her undergraduate studies. This ambitious plan reflects her deep commitment to expanding her expertise and versatility in Missouri Central Title.
Outside of her academic pursuits, Hallie resides in Gallatin, Missouri. She is gaining valuable hands-on experience as an integral member of Grand River Title. She originally started in December of 2020 at Trenton Abstract & Title Company. In this role, she is developing practical insights into the title industry, complementing her studies and preparing her for the future within Grand River Title.
Amy is a native of Livingston County, Missouri. She and her husband, Jay Shirley, a retiree of the MSHP have 3 children: Morgan (Abbie) Shirley, Sydnie (Caelan) Campbell and Ellie (Robby) Green and 5 grandchildren: Adelaida, Olivia, Reece, Abigale and Spencer. Amy is the daughter of Mitchell and Patricia Williams, granddaughter of the late Dr. & Mrs. Joseph F. Gale, MD and Eldon and Juanita (Babe) Williams.
Amy began her career as a Title Agent with Livingston County Title in December 2021. She has recently relocated mainly to the Linn County Title, LLC Office in Brookfield. She enjoys the searching process of property and ensuring legal rights to transfer ownership between sellers and buyers. As a Title/Escrow agent, Amy enjoys growing her knowledge of Livingston and Linn County. She is also a Notary Public for the state of Missouri.
Barbara lives in the rural Marceline area. She worked as the office manager for Welch Real Estate for many years, then for the law offices of Brown and Casey for 29 years before joining the Missouri Central Title family.
Carla is a native of Hamilton, Missouri, she now lives in Cameron, Missouri. Carla enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and friends and playing golf. She is a licensed Title Agent and Notary.
Michelle Orr joined our Cameron Title, LLC team as an Office Assistant in May 2023. She recently celebrated her 44th wedding anniversary in July with her high school sweetheart Ed. Michelle and Ed grew up in Hamilton and Kidder and then moved to the city before moving back to Kidder in 1989. Together they have two grown children, Megan and Ian. The two are seventeen and a half years apart and are Michelle’s heart. She looks forward to someday having grandchildren. Michelle enjoys reading, playing golf and spending time with family and friends.
Michelle worked in the medical field for 14 years. She later worked in the garage door business in Kansas City while attending college classes. She worked in this field for 27 years, with eleven of those years being the Office Manager. With Michelle wanting to work closer to home, she sought employment around the Hamilton and Cameron areas. She enjoys being closer to home and is enjoying learning the title business.
Jenn is a Linn County native but has a strong connection to the community in Livingston County as well. She has a background in vehicle title work, working as an F&I agent at a dealership for years and transitioned into real estate title to “reboot” her career. She started working for Missouri Central Title in November 2020 in the Livingston County Office.
Honesty and integrity, along with determination and dedication, are philosophies that Jenn strives for in all aspects of her life. Applying these principals to her position has allowed her to research title histories for any potential problems, such as claims, unpaid taxes, fraud, or liens on a property, confirm the seller’s assets to ensure legal sale, and help rectify any title defects to ensure that a lien or mortgage is legally enforceable on a property.

Amanda is a native of Hamilton, Missouri where she resides with her husband and two children. She has a bachelor’s degree in Sports & Recreation Management and an associate degree in Paralegal Studies. Amanda started her career in 2016 at Caldwell County Abstract and Title Company. Her lifelong knowledge of the area is beneficial in assisting with your title needs. Amanda is a licensed Title Agent and Notary and specializes in title searches and Real Estate Closings.
Megan resides in Hamilton, MO with her husband. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, is a Missouri Notary Public and just recently obtained her Title Producer license. She has an extensive customer service background and is looking forward to extending her experience in serving the customers at Caldwell County Title.
Rose Mayor started her career in the title industry in April 2000. She is a licensed Title Agent and Notary Public. Rose and her husband raised three daughters in rural Adair County. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Ashley Bahr has lived in Missouri all her life. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing and Fiction. She is a licensed Title Agent and Notary Public. Her favorite part of working at Kirksville Land Title Co, LLC, is discovering the history of every property and the interesting people. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her cats.
Emily brings to the company 20+ years’ experience in the title business. I love the challenges that a title search brings with every property and the history that comes along with it. I am a licensed title agent in the state of Missouri and a public notary.
My favorite part of the job is assisting customers through the process and seeing an excited seller/buyer at the end of the journey. I enjoy working with the lenders, the real estate agents and clients to ensure their transactions go as smooth as possible.
In my spare time, I love being outdoors, going for side-by-side rides and being with my family and friends. My husband and I reside outside of Kirksville, and we have 2 children that are my world.
Kayla is a native to Macon, Missouri and currently resides there with her husband Trever and their two kids Brayden and Avery. In her free time, she enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening, and taking care of their animals. She has worked in the title industry since 2018. Kayla enjoys being challenged and overcoming any and all obstacles that may come with a transaction and strives to go above and beyond for customers to make their buying and selling experience an exceptional one.
Mary has been working in the title industry for over 20 years, getting her start in Iowa in abstracting. in 2011, Mary moved to Missouri with her husband Frank and started working at Black Creek Abstract and Title in Shelbyville, Missouri as a title searcher.
Mary is now the Office Manager and Title Searcher for Shelby County Title, LLC. She believes in a friendly atmosphere and always wants to have a happy and satisfied customer.
Hannah is a Mizzou alumni (Go tigers!). It is there she studied agribusiness. She is currently the Office Manager at Milan. Hannah is also our Qualia Coordinator and works “behind the scenes” with new employee setup and information technology. She manages document templates and updating as laws change in the Title Industry.
When Hannah is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Derrick, and her fur babies, Bowie and Boone. Hannah’s heart resides in Sullivan County – as she spent most of her childhood summers in Milan with her grandparents Junior and Janet Ford. She loves working with customers to guide them through the process of buying/selling land. With almost 10 years of experience within the company, Hannah has worked in nearly every office within Missouri Central Title. Stephanie is a long-time resident of Grundy County, she graduated from Trenton High School in 1989. She and her husband have four grown children and four grandchildren, her son is currently active military. Her parents are Jim and Karen Isaacs, Jim retired from Trenton Municipal Utilities and Karen retired from the Physicians Clinic at St. Lukes. Stephanie began working for Missouri Central Title in 2019. Her focus has always been excellent customer relations.
Rebecca Weldon-Ford (Becky) is a native of Sullivan County, Missouri. Her parents are Junior and Janet Ford of Milan, Missouri. Becky started working for Missouri Central Title in August of 2014 in the Livingston County Office. She is a regional manager for Missouri Central Title.
Becky is a licensed Title Agent in the state of Missouri and Kansas. Her focus is always wanting you to leave our office with confidence that the best work has been done.
Randi is a Mercer County Native and resides in Princeton, MO with her 4-year-old daughter, Faithlynn.
Randi graduated High School at Princeton R-V in 2016 and attended North Central Missouri College. She has been with Missouri Central Title since November 2021.
Beth has been a licensed Title Agent since 2020 after retiring from Marceline R-V Schools as the District Librarian. Retirement wasn’t what she expected, and she feels very fortunate to work in the Title Insurance Industry.
She and her husband, Arin live on a farm near New Cambria along with their menagerie of cats, dogs, goats, and Dexter cows. They have two adult children and two grandsons.
Beth likes delving into the history of each property and enjoys the research aspect of the title process.
Stacey moved from Southern Oklahoma to the Midwest, graduating High School from Linn County R-1. Stacey and her family moved to Sullivan County, MO in June of 2010. She began working for Sullivan County Title in January 2022.

Megan is a native to Hamilton, Missouri, where she resides with her husband and son. She has a bachelor’s degree in agriculture science. Megan began her career with MCT 1031 Exchange, LLC in 2025 where she serves as a Qualified Intermediary, guiding clients through the 1031 exchange process with professionalism and attention to detail.
Dakota joined the Macon County Title team in June 2024 as the new office receptionist. While you still might find her at the front desk when you enter the office, Dakota has worked hard to become a licensed Title Agent and has taken on additional duties to help her co-workers and clients. Her previous employment left her no room for error and she has brought that precision with her into the Title Industry. She enjoys being able to see the history of a property come together right in front of her eyes and being able to help correct property transfer errors from the past to ensure proper land ownership in the present and future.
Ali was born in the United Kingdom, she moved to Trenton, Missouri to be near her family in 1995. She finally obtained her United States citizenship. She and her husband, Ian, have two adult daughters Lauren and Gemma. She owned and operated a restaurant and motel for 21 years. Then she went back to banking for 5 years, having prior knowledge in banking from the United Kingdom where she served eight years from a cashier to managing a market town branch.
Kristie has been a Daviess County resident since 2016. She joined Missouri Central Title Holding Co. LLC, at our Trenton Abstract and Title Company Location in August 2020. She previously served as the Secretary of Leisure Lake Association, Inc. for two years and was the owner and operator of A Quiet Sole Reflexology in the Kansas City area for 11 years. Kristie opens client orders, handles recording and collecting deeds, tracks lien releases, completes Owner and Lender Final Title Policies and is commissioned as a Notary Public. She has a wealth of knowledge, is eager to assist in any capacity needed and is an asset to the company. Kristie is actively involved with her Faith-based Family, enjoys gatherings with friends and spending time with her animals.
Lexi first joined the Missouri Central Title Family in January 2022 in our Princeton office. She has grown professionally in the field and moved up to co-manage our Sullivan County Office. Lexi has been known to help at other office locations when needed. Lexi is a licensed Title Agent, Closing Agent and a Notary Public. She works hard for her clients in the office but can often be found assisting clients, realtors and auctioneers at local land auction sales.
Lexi has been a resident of Princeton since 2007. She enjoys spending time with her two amazing children, Greyleigh and Huxson. She has attended classes at both Missouri Western State University and the Chillicothe Beauty Academy. She brings an upbeat attitude, a positive sense of humor and a cheerful smile wherever she goes. Her favorite part of working for Missouri Central Title is getting to know all of our clients, realtors and lenders. She strives to give exemplary service in this fast-paced industry.

Stephanie (Dodd) McCord began working for Audrain County Title in 2004. Prior to her career in title, she was the Branch Manager & Investments Officer for U.S. Bank.
More than 18 years of experience in finance allowed her to easily transition into the title industry. She enjoys working closely with the real estate agents & lenders. “I don’t think of myself as a title agent or real estate closer. I say that I have the Whack-a-Mole job, like the old amusement park game. I try to anticipate any obstacle or issue and whack it before it pops up.” Being located in Mexico, she also covers the Montgomery County area via our Northeast Missouri Title office.
Stephanie is a native of Audrain County and loves the outdoors, water activities and road trips. An impromptu gathering of friends is always top on the list during down time. She married Bryan McCord of Rush Hill in 1995, who passed away in July 2022.

Christine is a local to the Harrison County community. She is married and has three children. She brings experience from the banking industry, where she worked in customer service and accounting, specializing in wire transfers and ACH transactions. For the past four years, Christine has served on the Green Hill Head Start Policy Council while managing a few of her own rental properties.
In her current role, Christine conducts title searches and gathers all necessary information to prepare commitments for buyers, sellers, and lenders. Her attention to detail, along with her knowledge of the land and the people in the community, helps ensure smooth transactions and fosters lasting relationships.
